POOL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Reports To: Field Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Field-based | Central NJ service area
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Some Saturdays during peak season
Pay: $800 - $1,375 + per week + bonuses + growth opportunities

Position Overview

The Pool Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping residential pools clean, balanced, safe, and operating properly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, following a structured route, and building a career in the pool industry.

What You’ll Do

  •  Maintain healthy, clean, swimmable residential pools 
  •  Test and balance pool water accurately 
  •  Inspect pool systems and identify issues before they become bigger problems 
  •  Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs 
  •  Follow route schedules, service procedures, and company checklists 
  •  Take clear job photos and document work performed 
  •  Keep your truck, equipment, and work area clean and organized 
  •  Deliver reliable, professional service to customers in the field 
What We’re Looking For

  •  Pool experience is a plus, but we will train the right person 
  •  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  •  Able to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions 
  •  Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail 
  •  Comfortable following systems, documenting work, and staying organized 
  •  Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to grow
